Soho Office Refurbishment
We are delighted to have just completed the refurbishment 3,328 sq ft of office space located on the entire second floor of 82 Dean Street, a prominent modern building, with a corner aspect on the corner of Dean Street and St Anne’s Court opposite The Soho Theatre.
Pre - refurbishment works for the project included: removal and disposing of plasterboard partitions, glass works, kitchen units, carpet tiles, various signs and ceiling tiles whilst retaining the existing ceiling track.
Electrical isolations and striping out for lighting and power throughout were required for wall and ceiling removal. Plumbing isolations & capping were also implemented throughout.
A significant volume of waste disposal removal and recycling from the premises can be challenging in such a central London location however it was a seamless operation coordinated between ourselves and our registered waste carrier partners.
The brief was to consolidate the many exsisting partitioned offices to form one contempory industrial themed open plan space over the entire 2nd floor of this prominent Dean Street location.
After the strip out all services were capped and made safe. The ceiling, such an important feature of the new design was meticulously prepared and thereafter all relevant surfaces sprayed black. A comprehensive LED lighting system was then installed to the new ceiling void.
General building works included treating the kitchen, fitting skirting boards, preparing the floor for new floor coverings along with many other elements. Lastly the entire space was prepared and decorated throughout.
As a team we completed what was a very rewarding project in terms of the entire application and so pleased with the very dramatic finish we were able to implement to meet the brief and expectations of the client and agents.
