A Sustainable Soho

Whilst maintaining the highest standards of workmanship FoxSoho is committed to drastically reducing our own and our customers carbon footprint whilst uniquely delivering significant cost savings on any scale of project for commercial and residential clients in Soho and central London.

Soho, Covent Garden and the West End of London are the heartbeat of one of the oldest most densely populated cities in the world.

A bustling urban area, although regrettably resulting in a significant level of air pollution. The air quality in Soho like many other areas in London, can be affected by a range of factors such as traffic, industrial activities and weather conditions.

However, it's encouraging that the annual mean concentration of nitrogen dioxide, which is a harmful air pollutant mainly emitted by diesel vehicles is reducing due to pandemic-related restrictions, economic down turn and political strategy that has led to a reduction in air pollution levels in greater London, including in Soho.

Unfortunatly this reduction of nitrogen dioxide has come at a financial cost to business and consumers alike.

FoxSoho - a confident statement

Fox Soho is committed to drastically reducing our own and our customers carbon footprints whilst uniquely delivering significant cost savings on any scale of project for commercial and residential clients in Soho and central London.

We are dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of our operations in all areas. There are several significant actions that Fox Soho has taken to help improve air quality in Soho and the West End of London to contribute to a cleaner and healthier environment for all.

We don't depend on cars or even bicycles as we usually use the most sustainable mode of transportation for local jobs of any scale ...walking. We use public transport to commute into the Soho. The limited occasions we use livery it’s via our modest fleet of EV vehicles.

For best practice during projects we utilise battery-powered tools that run on rechargeable batteries. They produce zero emissions, are quieter, more efficient and have lower operating costs making them an excellent choice for reducing their environmental footprint.

We endeavour to use the most sympathetic materials for all maintenance projects including electrical, plumbing, building and decorating.

Our office at Moor Street is a streamlined hub where we embrace management technology to work as remotely as possible reducing office emissions on an ongoing basis.

No-one is carbon zero - but it's our aim to reduce carbon emissions together with time and budget for all local customers. We challenge most companies within our sector to improve on our carbon footprint ...a confident statement indeed!
